Which organ is responsible for secreting hormone glucagon?

Pancreas. It secrets glucagon to the blood and stimulate the liver cell for the conversion of glycogen to glucose in the liver ,when the level of glucose in the blood is lower than the normal level.
Also,it will secret insulin to the blood for
the conversion of excess glucose to glycogen
in the liver when the glucose level in the blood is higher, then the glycogen will store in the liver.
