If you do not want to forget those unhappy things, you will not be happy. so try to find more another things to do, e.g. helping ppls, reading books, do whatever you like to do, cooking .. etc. and then go to bed at once when you are feeling very tired. you would be better. no worry, you are not 有精神病. hope it can help you.
