Chan is usually used in Hong Kong and Macau, Cantonese-speaking areas.
Chen is usually used in Taiwan, China, etc, Mandarin-speaking areas.

我補充-----chan系廣東話拼音,chen系普通話拼音.
所以會有2個出現.
