本人報稅後發覺一直沒有收到稅單,打去稅局查詢,佢話已經過期未繳稅要我比罰款(還說已剛剛再寄出罰款單給我),我之前根本沒有收它們寄出的稅單,它們還說如果我對稅款(+罰款)有任何不滿意,要再寫一封信去稅局申請豁免罰款,請問有沒有人有此信的格式可供參考啊?
因本人從沒試過此情況,萬分感謝!
