商業收樓信應該點寫?

We hereby give you a notice in accordance with the term of our tenancy agreement that the lease of the premises known as Room 22 Tai Fai Builidng... will be terminated on 31 December, 2008. The said agreement will not be renewed thereafter. Please surrender the said premises for our vacant possession on that date and the rental deposit after deduction of charges, if any, will be refunded to you.
