關於前十字韌帶和半月板 MRI 報告一問?

The anterior cruciate ligament is thin and of diffuse low T2 signal. Proximal end of the ligament could not be traced in continuity. Posterior roof of the intercondylar notch appears empty and the expected site of the femoral attachment is devoid of the ligament. Appearance suggests chronic complete or high grade partial tear. Presence of anterior tibial translation indicates laxity and serves as indirect evidence of tear.

Non-displaced tear is seen at posterior horn of lateral meniscus. Vertical tear is seen at body of medial meniscus. Abnormal grade 2 to 3 signal is seen at posterior horn of medial meniscus. Medial end of posterior horn is swollen and a tiny piece of detached torn fragment is noted directly anterior.

The whole first paragraph mentioned every feature of 十字韌帶完全斷咗!
Appearance suggests chronic complete or high grade partial tear(In fact, there is no high grade partial tear in real life. It is the same as complete, in functional terms!)
