第１句與第２句的意思是完全一樣，但第２句比較常用。而第３句分詞子句，就並未見過；通常主動語氣，不用being，除了是解做：成為，如：
Being a teacher, you should be very patient.（身為教師，你應該有耐性）
第４句就絕對正確。
being在你的句子不用，是絕對可以，而且更好。
