x = - 12 is only answer to GIVEN QUESTION.

You seem to be saying y=x+12
When y = 0 x=-12 -->(-12,0)
So another point would be the y-intercept (0,12)
There are, of course, an infinite number if ordered pairs that satisfy y = x+12.

x=-12 is the only solution. In graphing this, though you could have all of the points that go on the graph of x=-12 such as (12,0),(12,-1) ,etc.
