1. f(-k)=2
k^2 +3k +4 =2
k^2 +3k +2 =0
(k+1)(k+2)=0
k=-1 or k=-2
2. g(k)=0
k^2+3k-k-3=0
k^2+2k-3=0
(k+3)(k-1)=0
k=1 or k=-3
