Capillary wall allows exchange of substances between tissues
because it has cell-combined wall and hollows are present.

I'd like to ask..

Does arterioles and venule can be able for exchanging substances?

this question is being asked because I got confusion when I'm solving question about ultrafiltration in kidney..

((( afferent arteriole >>>> efferent arteriole.... ))
((( substances are FORCED OUT to the Bowman's capsule .. ?? )))

how does it occur? force out from arteriole?

Basically, it is due to the diameter difference of the afferent arteriole and efferent arteriole, so the pressure difference will "force out" the substances when it passes through the capillary network in the middle.

Please see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ultrafiltration_%28renal%29
for more details at wikipedia.

Hope this is useful to you.
