投資幾問:
1. On average, y indexed funds outperform managed funds? 它們分別在哪?
2. 點計dividend 同p/e ratio?
eg. stock selling at $25 per share. it had earnings of $5 a share and a dividend yield of 5 % .

1. indexed funds--Index升,則fund升.
例如:買恆生指數基金,恆生指數升跌多少,恆生指數基金就升跌多少.
managed funds--由基金經理決定買賣那幾佰隻股票,所以,同類型or同地區都有不同perform ,有outperform ,有average----------等!
2. dividend--eg. $25,yield of 5 %,then,$25Ｘ 5 % =$1.25
往年全年共有$1.25分派給每一股的擁有人(有些一年派兩次,有些四次)
3. P/E ratio:P=Price(現時的股價)
E=Earnings(去年全年每股營利,即公司做生意,賺到錢,若分落每一股,可以分得的價錢)
at $25 per share,earnings of $5,then PE is 25除以5=5
