There is no a super fast way, but you can reach there anyway.
1. KCR to Kowloon Tong, take the Green-minibus (forgot it's number, oposite to main taxi station). It will go through 浸大 and reach Kowloon city..it has a stop opposite to 法國醫院, you can tell the driver to remind you the get off.

2. KCR / 中文正門MK mini bus to Monk Kok, then
a) go 先達 則的黃大仙 van, will stop right next to 法國
b) take Taxi only $16.

1. 坐火車至九龍塘, 至小巴總站坐綠色小巴25M, $4.7 / 車程15mins, 過喇沙後左轉太子道時便叫法國醫院, 下車點便在法國醫院對面
2. 坐火車至旺角東, 行至先達旁坐往黃大仙的紅色小巴,$6.5/車程10mins,

其實由旺角新世紀行過去都唔係好遠架咋...
你係戲院果邊落.....沿住電梯落去, 向前行你會見到花墟會係你對面馬路, 之後你轉右一直行......大約行15mins....就可以到架喇!!!

而搭小巴.....我諗你試下係旺角火車站對出果個小巴站睇下有冇車到??因為我好少係呢邊去架~~
