(Red-Cooked Winter Bamboo Shoots and Winter Mushrooms)

冬筍 2片
冬菇 6片
調味料
豬骨高湯 2杯
醬油 2湯匙
糖 1茶匙
Ingredients
winter bamboo shoots 2
winter mushrooms 6
Seasonings
pork broth 2Cups
soy sauce 2tbsp
sugar 1tsp
做法 Method
1. 冬筍去皮,先整支煮熟再切條;冬菇泡軟、去梗、擠乾水份。
Remove shells from bamboo shoots, cook until done and cut into strips. Soak winter mushrooms in water until soft, remove stems and squeeze out any excess water.
2. 用2湯匙油將雙冬先炒過,再放入所有材料燒入味,湯汁收至稍乾即可盛出。
Heat 2tbsp in wok and stir-fry bamboo shoots and winter mushrooms rapidly, then add all the seasonings to mix. Cook until flavor is absorbed and the liquid is dry, remove and serve.
