雪耳燉雪梨

材料(1位用) :
1 個雪梨
1 小塊雪耳
1 茶匙南北杏
1 小塊冰糖(約1茶匙)
做 法 :
1 從梨頂部 3/4 吋處切開當蓋,以去核刀將梨心取出。
2 將梨肉挖出待用,做成梨杯。
3 將梨肉、南北杏、雪耳及冰糖加入梨中,並注入滾水至八分滿。
4用牙簽將梨頂部與梨杯固定。
5將濕毛巾置於燉盅底部,放入梨。
6以大火隔水燉約八分鐘即可趁熱食用。
Stewed Pear with White Fungus
Ingredients (1 portion):
1 Pear
1 Small pc white fungus
1 tsp apricot & almond kernels
1 Small pc rock sugar (about 1 tsp)
Method :
1. Cut away the pear top (about 3/4 inch), use the core knife to remove core.
2. Remove the pear meat, make it like a cup.
3. Put the pear meat, apricot & almond kernels and rock sugar in the pear cup, add in boiling water until 80% full.
4. Cover with the pear top & fix with toothpicks.
5. Put the wet towel on the steam bowl & put the pear in.
6. Steam over high heat for 8 mins. Serve with hot.
紅棗海底椰糖水

材料 :
2 個鮮海底椰
5-6 粒紅棗
1片薑
3杯清水
蔗糖適量
做法 :
1. 浸軟紅棗,去核洗淨備用。
2. 海底椰切去外皮,切片洗淨。
3. 煮滾水,加入紅棗和薑片滾片刻,取出薑片,放入蔗糖煮至溶,加入海底椰煮片刻即可盛起供食,冷熱皆宜。
Sweet Sea Cucumber
Ingredients:
2 Fresh sea cucumber
5-6 Red dates
1 Slice ginger
3 Cup water
Some cane sugar
Method:
1. Soak red dates & remove stone. Rinse well.
2. Remove outer shells of sea cucumber & cut into pieces.
3. Boil water, put in red dates & ginger. Let it boil for a while. Then remove ginger & put in cane sugar. Cook until sugar melts. Finally put in sea cucumber & simmer for a while. Serve hot or cold.
