first intergate the inner part,= intergate from 0 to 2 [(x^2 y +1/3* y^3)from 0 to 3] dx
= intergate from 0 to 2 (3x^2 +9) dx
= (x^3 +9x)from 0 to 2
= 2^3 + 9*2
= 26
