What is the relation between social auditing and non-financial measure of efficiency?

There are no true non-financial efficiencies per say. However, if being efficient gives you more time to persue another avenue, then this is time management of the personal kind. I have always used this particularly when I had three kids under 5. My kids didn't know what hit them!
My youngest became the rebel and was late for everything, sometimes whole days late, my oldest is a control freak and runs his entire life on time management.
