I do not think that the receipient of this letter needs to know too much about the applicant's background, since all requirements must be listed already. The recommendation letter is mainly a kind of impression to the referee instead of describing his work responsibility.

I agree that the draft letter should be much better than a normal F5 student in HK. Anyway, I tried to re-write this letter a bit and please see if it helps?

推薦信該是個人而非公司名義去寫，所以你該先去介定誰是這封信的「我」；那個「我」通常都是你的上司。繼而，信內要多提及實質的例證，而非一大堆沒有支持點的形容詞。那樣，收信人才可以更清楚了解被推薦者。
