“Yesterday I”

Yesterday, I waked up and had breakfast as same as an ordinary day. After that, I went to school by MTR. However, the MTR had stopped for 10 minutes because of the failure of the system. I knew that I couldn not arrive at school on time. When I arrived at school, I was late and my class teacher scolded me.

During the recess time, I remembered that I need to hand in my English homework. But I didn’t copy the answers from my classmates in this urgent case because this is a dishonest behavior. I just tried my best to finish this complicated job

After the recess, my class teacher sent back test papers to us. I was disappointed when I saw my score was only 25/50. I would try harder next time.

Yesterday, it is a really bad day to me.


“Who do you talk to when you have a problem?”

Every day I saw my mother only. Because my father’s work took him to different provinces, I didn’t have the chance to spend time with him.. I spent all my time with my mother and was close to her - whatever she was doing, I was with her. Whenever I had problems I’d go to my mother and we would solve the problems.

Both my father and mother spent their days at work, so I had freedom to play as I wanted. I remember once I put on my mother’s skirt when she had already left for work. But she unexpectedly came home and found me. My mother was angry and scolded me, but decided not to hit me so I felt very lucky.

At this moment, I had grown up and I am not a little girl any more. I would take the same responsibilities to my child some days, just like my father and my mother.
