I think AUD and NZD will test 96 cents and 84 cents respectively before June. As US will cut interest rate further by 75bps to 100bps before June while AUD will tighten 25bps. This widening interest rate will support AUD at low. Besides, AUD economy is much better than that in US due to housing market problem and credit crunch. NZD is now offering 8.25% interest, which is much higher than that in US (expecting 1.5% before Jun) and NZD will keep rate unchanged in 2008. This factor will support NZD downside.
