It is given that the four points A(0,-2), B(1,-3), C(2,0) and D(k,k) form a quadrilateral ABCD. Find the area of the quadrilateral.

Area = 1/2 (0*-3 + 1*0 + 2*k + k*-2 - 0*k - k*0 - 2*-3 - 1*-2)
=1/2 (2k - 2k + 6 + 2)
= 4 units

個area 係 4個units ^2
個area 唔會因為(k,k )係咩而改變, (k,k) 一定會係 q1 / q3 , 以AC 做底,三角形ACD個AREA 一定係 2 UNITS^2

√(3^2+1^2)*2
=6.32455532 (Pyth.theorem)
