食得多就有害

俗稱西生菜的Iceburg、較苦的唐生菜

一般來說比較苦的生菜品種含有比較高的色素和抗氧化劑量。

生菜冇害處.
西生菜 is less 營養 than 唐生菜. From the surface, you can see there are more [dark-green/green] colours in 唐生菜, that is the 營養. what ever 西生菜 or 唐生菜, they almost contain 90% of water, so their 營養價值 are less than another chinese vegetables.
