LV, Gucci, etc. - all famous brands. They must be cheaper in Hong Kong and also you can enjoy benefits of tax return.

For cosmetics I think perfume is the only choice. Others do not have much savings.

In Florence you can find a lot of Italian made leather goods. They may not be famous brands but the cutting leather processing are professional. Touch and feel before you buy. Do not think you can buy a real good quality with real good price, but in my own experience, most of them are much worthwhile than the brands'.

In Holland you can find some cheese that are durable for you to bring back to Hong Kong.

I cannot think of anything special in Germany nor France that are worth buying.

For Switzerland watch is a good choice. No need to be Rolex, some other brands are also very pretty.

In any place, I would suggest postcards for friends, a postcard sent to yourself with your feelings at that moment, and books of different sceneries in every place you visit.
