Let AB=3x and BC=2x ,PQ=4y and QR=3y
ABCD and PQRS are two rectangles of equal perimeter
2(AB+BC)=2(PQ+QR)
3x+2x=4y+3y
5x=7y
x/y=7/5
area of ABCD : area of PQRS
=(AB)(BC):(PQ)(QR)
=(3x)(2x):(4y)(3y)
=6x^2:12y^2
=x^2:2y^2
=1:2(y/x)^2
=1:2(5/7)^2
=1:50/49
=49:50
