Peter requires Kidney Dialysis three times daily.
or
Peter requires Kidney Dialysis three times per day.
a. 係Peter本身身體需要洗腎, 唔係人地要佢洗. 所以係Peter requires, 唔係 Peter is required.
b. three times a day亦無錯, 但太口語化. three times per day 或three times daily好d.

a. For any query, please... 好中式英文. 應改成Please feel....
b. if you have any queries中的queries係noun, 所以用queries.
