目前鋼琴教師所認同的鋼琴教學方法,大多也是比較注意學生在音準、節奏、速度等方面的訓練,對學生手指、手型的訓練是經過了很多年、很多人逐漸積累的教學經驗,這原本是沒有錯誤的,但卻出現了比較嚴重的問題。一方面由於嚴格的、長期的手指訓練,嚴重影響學生彈琴的積極性。另一方面由於教師對技術訓練的不同理解造成教師之間不同的教法,互相的否定。結果對學生而言就是沒完沒了的技術訓練、長期解決不了的技術問題,換一位老師就要重新調整一次,彈琴上總是有各種各樣的技術要求,學生對彈琴逐漸沒有興趣,處在又想學琴,有畏懼學琴,又想不學,又不敢不學的處境中。目前大量停學的學生就是證明,雖然學琴的學生很多,但真正能夠學到一定程度的卻寥寥無幾。是什麼原因造成現在這種問題?經常有學生家長在選擇老師時問我:"給孩子換老師是選擇技術上要求嚴格的老師好,還是選擇能讓孩子喜歡學琴的老師"。難道技術和興趣矛盾嗎?

  其實練習手型是必須的,不過老師們都有不同的方法教學生如何對手型或手指的練習。有些老師只會在學生錯的時候罵他們,其實這並不是好辦法。我個人認為應買一些練習曲給學生,由淺入深的彈練習曲。
  可以訓練學生的手指、手型,又可以培養學生興趣,難道不是兩全其美嗎?

These are two separate issues, and in my opinion, 技術和興趣 are not 矛盾 at all.

This is a question posted by parents/teachers who do not recognize their children's talents/potential and have no idea what music is for. If talent is shown at a young age and parents are willing to develop or pave a musical path for the child, then obviously a strict technical training is absolute necessary. In that case, find a good teacher, try to overcome all difficulties on the way, and make it all the way up to Juilliard/Curtis/MSM, etc..

If the child has genuine talent and affinity with Classical music, this sort of training should post no problem towards him, and the 矛盾 between 技術和興趣 is non-existant. From Hanon to Czerny, from Moszkowski to Chopin to Liszt, from Prokofiev to Bartok, from Godowsky to Kapustin, etudes (technical exercises) actually sound musical to the ears of a gifted child. If the child complains and loses interest, it is obvious that his talents are probably not in this particular area; and if you'd still want him to continue learning music, it's best you drop any military-style technical training.

The real issue is: can the teacher recognize talent in a student.

Forcing a student with mediocre talents into endless hours of Hanon is actually the teacher's fault. These students will not enjoy prolonged hours of practice at all (nor piano lessons, for that matter). The teacher should be able to change his tone and methods more suitable for his talent so as to keep his interest.

On the other hand, being too relax with a student with obvious talents should be punishable by law - if you are appoached with a talented student and supportive parents and the teacher has no means of training him, he should pass the student over to more adequate instructors.

It takes a teacher with keen ears and knowledge to access the talent in each student. 技術和興趣 are definitely not 矛盾.
