Hi,
I am not working as a teacher in a secondary school. I want to ask whether it is good for me to study for PhD in accountancy because i want to be a professor or teaching fellow in the future. how is the prospect?

Well, it depends on where you want to work. If you plan to work in countries such as Canada, where business and government rely heavily on accounting. Then, yes you might want to get a PhD. Accounting is actually pretty hit right now in Canada = )
