Actually the sentence itself is wrong.

There is no such thing of (We Feel Him...), it is either (We Find Him...) or (We Think He is...). But in this case, I think the sentence should be (We Find Him To Be a Hardworking Staff).

If my logic is right, of course this is a VERY GOOD comment, it means that whoever wrote this comment, had a very good impression regarding your work ethics and attitude towards work. He/She thinks you are a hardworking person, and hopefully you can keep it up.
