Permanent residence of HKSAR for a baby not born in HK

For such case, one of the child's parent must have Chinese citizenship.

People who are of Chinese race born in HK before handover and emigrated overseas usually still have Chinese citizenship now

Where was your baby born? Both of you are settled in overseas? Last time, I applied for it but got refused. Both my husband and me are HK permanent residents but live in oversea.
