1925年2月11日
瑪利諾修院學校，是開放與12名學生在修道院桑拿中心，在103柯士甸道。

1931年
管委會遷太子道。




1937年
管委會搶占新的大樓，在窩打老道及界限街。

1941年
瑪利諾修女會離開香港，在日本佔領。

1945年
瑪利諾修女會返回香港，重開學校。

1960年
新大樓啟用後，在五日何東道，為中學部。小學部仍停留在窩打老道的建設。

1975年
瑪利諾修院學校慶祝成立五十週年。

1992年5月
該管委會教育信託基金是建，以推動教育，在瑪利諾。

1995年1月
70週年管委會的，開放的管委會中學部賽馬會榮

1997年
全日制學校

1998年2月
開放管委會小學部賽馬會榮

2000年2月2日
開放日管委會






11月， 2001年
建立自行租屋津貼的小學部

Maryknoll Convent School is opened with 12 students in the convent parlour at 103 Austin Road.1925年2月11日，瑪利諾修院學校在柯士甸道 103號的修院院舍開幕，有十二個學生。
1931,MCS moves to Prince Edward Road.1931年，瑪利諾修院學校遷往太子道
1937MCS occupies the new building in Waterloo Road and Boundary Street. 1937年，瑪利諾修院學校在窩打老道和界限街落成新校舍。
1941Maryknoll Sisters leave Hong Kong during Japanese occupation.1941年，在日本佔領香港期間，瑪利諾修女們離開香港。
1945Maryknoll Sisters return to Hong Kong and reopen the school.1945年，瑪利諾修女們重返香港和重新開放學校。
1960 A new building is opened at 5 Ho Tung Road for the Secondary Section. The Primary Section remains in the Waterloo Road Building.1960年，位於何東道 5號的中學部新校舍開幕，小學部仍然留在窩打老道。
1975Maryknoll Convent School celebrates its Golden Anniversary.1975年，瑪利諾修院學校慶祝金禧週年紀念。
May 1992,The MCS Educational Trust is founded to advance education at Maryknoll.1992年5月，瑪利諾教育信託基金成立，去拓展校內教育。
Jan 1995, 70th Anniversary of MCS, opening of MCS Secondary Section Jockey Club Wing. 1995年1月， 瑪利諾修院學校 70週年紀念，中學部的賽馬會新翼開幕。
1997Whole-day School. 1997年，轉為全日制學校。
Feb 1998, Opening of MCS Primary Section Jockey Club Wing.1998年2月，瑪利諾修院學校小學部賽馬會新翼開幕。
Feb 2, 2000, Open Day of MCS. 2000年 2月，馬利諾修院學校開放日
Nov, 2001.Establishment of the PTA of the Primary Section 2001年 11月，小學部 PTA 成立。
