ACCESS用途

請問如果公司只需要將大量INVOICE入系統後可看出應收及應付帳目, ACCESS是否適合, 定是用會計系統比較好呢? 因為會計系統比較貴保養亦貴, 有沒有其他更好的方法呢?

Access is quite a sufficient method. But, you have to consider the future modification or maintenance of the program run in Access. Who knows it when this person left the employment. In fact, there are a lot of accounting software in the market e.g. Daceasy, Quickbooks, Peachtree etc.. that you can choose from. Moreover, there are some courses on these software.
In fact, if you are simply capturing the invoices and to prepare the receivables and payables account, an Excel template not necessary in an Macro or VBA features on these requirement could be built. You just use the Excel's filtering, sorting to another sheet for statements or report to management. You can find some books on building this kind of template in business.
