= (x+3)(x-3)Q(x) +Ax +B

f(3) = 3A + B = -8 ----------------(*)
F(-3) = -3A + B = 10 ----------------(**)

(*)-(**) 6A = -18
A = -3

From (**), B = 10+3A = 10+3(-3) = 1
so the remainder is -3x+1
