The combined charge of all electrons in a nickel coin is hundreds of thousands of coulombs, a unit of electircal charge. Does that imply anything about the net charge on the coin? Explain

for a metal, the positively charged metal ions are surrounded by
negatively charged electrons. the number of metal ions
and electrons are equal. so metals are electrically neutral.
