When you read through a passage, record it, play the tape and listen to yourself how you spoke. It helps to realize how fast you make, and you can improve.

你要做linking(連音), 結構詞用weak form, 重要的內容詞的stress syllable 要大聲清楚, weak syllable 要細聲及需要時用schwa(弱音), 留意語調中的tonic syllable ( nucleus). 多些練習, 不太明白以上各點便可能要學習phonetics. 可考慮www.ipa.edu.hk
