我想問呢2題英文答案係咩?主要係點解?

(THE = is used before noun(s) that refer to a particular member of a group;
A/AN is used before noun(s) that refer to any member of a group.)

2. To book your place, FILL in the form on page 187 and return it by 1st October.
(Never heard of +ing after comma; +ing is used to form continuous tense, adjective and participle phrase.)

I think the answer for Q1 is D and Q2 is C. It just sounds right
