呢ｄ材料全部都可以係ｓｕｐｅｒ　ｍａｒｋｅｔ可以搵到，蘑菇可以買罐裝，有分原粒及薄片，而火腿就要買一包返黎自己切細條，一般買一包都已經可以做到１／２杯ｏ既份量，而車打芝士就可能要去大型ｄ　ｏ既ｓｕｐｅｒ　ｍａｒｋｅｔ，ｅｇ．ｃｉｔｙ　ｓｕｐｅｒ＆　ｔａｓｔｅ，買一個小的返黎自己磨碎就可以了，或者你可以搵下有冇碎車打芝士買，但就比較難買ｄ。希望可以幫到你。
