被屈收WARNING可以點做???

本人在一間都算大公司工作,因上司嘅偏見而給予WARNING,想問下係咪求助無門,有冇邊度可以俾我投訴呢???

對於warning letter ,不能座視不理。因為顧主可以話已經出了 warning letter比你,而你冇善,所以炒你,但唔會賠錢比你。即係連最基本的一個月代通知金都唔須要比。
所以收到warning letter,如果唔係你錯,一定要書面回覆,重要自己留番個底,保障自己。
我公司有同事做錯野,老闆出warning letter 比全世界,個個同事都要簽收,我就簽收處加上一句, “ 雖然呢個係其他同事犯的錯,我都好讚成公司的提議 “ 。我老闆收到我的簽收後即刻黑面。
所以一定要保護自己。
至於投訴?唔駛想拉,係無地方比你投訴,你就算話比勞工處知,佢都係教你寫番封自辯信比老闆。

其實唔需要投訴,根本唔需要理佢。因為勞工法無規定WARNING這東西。只要你入職合約講明三個WARNING會解僱你,賠返幾多。到時你覺得賠償合理就OK。唔合理就可以去勞工處告佢。

There are three options :

option 1: report the case to your boss's boss. (You should be bear in mind that in case your boss's boss doesn't believe you. You have no choice but quit)

option 2: use the mass media (send an anoymous letter to newspaper describing the incidents (of course, you should also prepare to change your job (i.e. find a new job) in case, your company doesn't want the way you did to response);

option 3: check the rules and regulations in your company if there is any laid down procedures to report or handle a complaint. If it does, try it.
