At a higher temperature, the oxygen molecules have higher kinetic energies. Therefore, more oxygen molecules obtain sufficient kinetic energy to leave the aqueous solution, and less oxygen molecules left in the solution.

The solubility of any gas is decreased as the increase in temperature. This is known as Henry’s law.
