學英文拼音

請問有冇人知道 Tsuen Wan 邊度有英文拼音學‧ 學成後見英文字即能正確發音、無需字典、無需音標、見詞能讀, 唔係 (IPA) 國際音標‧ 要睇字典入面個D拼音符號至識嗰隻‧唔需要証書‧但師資要好‧
