I'm very agree with you, I'm always very disappoint to see that although the formula which is always used by the students, they have no idea about the prove. (e.g angle sum of triangle <---SO SIMPLE!!) But most teachers won't try to explain it.

At the end, after they've studied maths for years, they still don't understand the basic things of maths clearly! Obviously, it's the problem of HK education system...The 'MATHS' they teach isn't maths!
