In conclusion, I think that teenagers shouldn't go on dates....(sum up reasons)/To conclude,in my opinion,secondary school students shouldn't be forbidden to go on dates.....(sum up reasons)

In conclusion 同 To conclude 意思一樣, 但無需寫in my opinion和 I think.In conclusion, teenagers are too young and immature to go on dates but secondary school students are allowed for going on dates...
因為 shouldn't be forbidden is negative plus negative, that means positive, right? 所以係贊成?!
