Which US dollar fixed deposit rate is the highest?

Usually big banks offer lower interest rates (unless you are their targeted clients). I have just searched some major local banks' official websites and found that Chong Hing and Wing Lung seem to offer the highest rates. Results are as follows (basically fixed deposit rate for a month):

Chong Hing (about 1.4-2.4% / pa)
