C. I and II only
I.
2C/a=a/(b^2)
2C=[a/(b^2)]^a
2C=(a^a)/(b^2)
C=(a^a)/(b^2)/2
C=0.5(a^a)/(b^2)

II.
2(1)/2=2/(1^2)
2/2=2/2
1=1
L.H.S.=R.H.S.

III.
2(2)/4=4/(4^2)
4/4=4/8
1=1/2
L.H.S.is not equal to R.H.S.

A, I only.

(i) II is wrong

because

LHS(Left hand side)
=2/2
=1

RHS(Right hand side)
=2/1
=2

LHS is not equal to RHS.

(ii) III is wrong

because

LHS
=4/4
=1

RHS
=4/4^2
=4/16
=1/4

LHS is not equal to RHS.

therefore the answer is A, I only.
