公司開了十年, 應否放棄公司名,電話及傳真號碼 ?

Never consider to close company.
Your company has existed nearly 10 years. During this 10 years, you have faced many many difficult problems and finally solved them. Why don't you take your courage to negotiate with your clients and ask their help.
OR, you could open a small company to take up PART of work of the existing company. If the small company did not have any operation problems and can build up a good relationship with your client and bank, you may consider to close the old one.

如果真的解決不來,以一間十年的公司, 財務方面可向銀行相量, 如果銀行也不會借貸, 公司本身是有問題的公司, 倒不如結束, 申請破產, 重新開始, 不是壞事, 反而選擇逃避, 不是長遠計.
