因為英文文法同中文文法有很大分別，並不能搬字過紙，一字不漏的翻譯，這樣反而會弄巧成拙。

只要呢個新安排能獲得管理層通過, 我就沒有問題.

1) I do not have a problem with it as long as the Management Level agree with this new arrangement.

2) As long as the Management Department allow this new arrangements, I don't have a problem.

* It should be NEW ARRANGEMENTS OR NEW SET UP instead of NEW MANAGEMENT, because there is no 新管理層 but there is 新安排.

* When you use - - AS, remember to put a comma if used at the beginning of the sentence. You will not need a comma when it's used in the middle of the sentence.
