hi all, im 21 years old ,5'7 tall. But my weight is only 49kg and im kind of skinny.recently im working under pressure with stress. actually i want to put on weight on my legs and hands.
But the bad thing is i have no time to concentrate my mind on food.Means im really busy with my scedule. can anyone please advice me how can i put on weight.
1.what should i eat and drink
2.is it ok to take a weight gain powder?
