Those Korean Air or Asian Airlines must transit flight in Korean ( Incheon)
For Hk to Incheon they may get 1-2 Chinese crew but for Incheon to LA mostly nil Chinese crew. Their broadcasting will not in chinese. But as those 2 a cheap Airlines in Hk, so many Cantoneae will take(like me). Some one next to them may help the elder.
For myself, Korean Air Meal was just passed. But never been in Asian so cannot tell.
Korean Air and Asian Airlines will be around HK$4000-4300 plus tax for non-peak season.
Why not choice Cathay Pacific as they get promotion on their wedsite start from HK$5310 Plus tax . They are non-stop from HK to there and will get Chinese Crew. IAirlines wedsites www.cathaypacific.com.hk
F.Y.I. my uncle say he perfer Korean Air as he can make a break in Incheon and take a walk. Not like Cathay need sitting 13hrs .... so long

呢兩間都係韓國航空公司,所以空姐通常講韓文&英文!

我建議你飛一個香港或中國或台灣既航空公司~!
港龍&國泰雖然係貴小小,但都係一個唔錯既選擇~!
佢地既服裝真係好好~!
加上佢地有特別既服務,只要你話佢知有老人家單獨座飛機,佢地就會特別照顧佢架啦~!

佢地d crew all is korean~
唔好估佢地會普通話
我識朋友做大韓的地勤
佢話佢地冇assit 轉機的service
如果冇其他選擇
我suggest你用一個奸d的方法
如果係老人家 係香港check in的時候
request用輪椅service
有人帶佢地入gate 口
轉機又有人接
不過可能要老人家悶d唔可以周圍走
