2條問題:

1. 一間公司在其分店，或是不同業務上，每有一間店舖運作，是否都要逐一申請商業登記證 ?

2. 請問法律/政府部門是否賦予市民權利，能向所有商店查詢其商業登記證? (或相反，所有打開門做生意的商店都要顯示其商業登記證?)

1. If that branch is trading under a company, a branch business registration certificate must be obtained. The BR no. will be the same as that of the company except the last BR, maybe -001 or -002 is different. For a limited company trading under the branch name, you could see the status of that business appeared in the BR is corporation.
2. According to the Business Registration Ordinance, BR must be displayed in public and is in a conspicious manner. Technically speaking, you can ask to have a look of this BR. And, you could also go to Inland Revenue Department to carry out a BR search on that company.
