1) 你所詢問的兩項產品中，A 產品我們可以提供報價給你，但是因 B 產品不是我們的生產項目和專長，所以很抱歉我們無法做得到。
Regarding your inquiries, we are able to quote you the price of Product A. On the other hand, we are sorry that we are not able to quote you the price of Product B since we are not the expertise on this concerning area.

2) 因你們下訂單的款式及數量太零碎，所以我們需要在每款報價上再加 10% 作為單價。
Your order is too small and your requesting models are in a wide range, therefore, a 10% mark up must be added to the unit price.
其實有時可以主動要求對方縮窄訂單的型號，那便可保持原價，對方亦會較服氣:
In order to keep our originally quoted prices, we suggest that you would minimize the models and increase the order quantity on individual model.

樓上兩位用翻譯網，把零碎譯為"易碎"。在每款報價上再加10%譯為價錢是原價的10%...... 咪害人!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
