I am a man and i have a friend , i just know him for several months. He has worked as a teller in bank for more thnan 10 years and he is 34 years old. He is a isolated man and he is no friend around his life. no body will talk to him in his company even his boss is so passive to him performance. so he talk to me he want to change his working enviroment for above suitation. I heard from his situation and I am so pitty for his environment. But when talking about job haunting, I am so suprised that he know nothing for the computer knowledge even serching internet, for him creating a C.V. is more difficult because he know nothing about the word and excel etc. I accompanied him searching internet I help him to click the job market and click to ht e related post of his field. I tell to him is this post suit for you? He said I dont understant what the post is and he also unterstand the requirements of the related post he searching. That means he dont know any very simple englihsh but the english is ony maybe Fore 5 level. He dont know what is the meaning of Ap-plication form he dont know how to download a form from Bank of east asia for job application. so I tell to him that you cant leave your company and find another job beacause you are so outday and gone behind the nowaday world very sereaily. i told him this is very simple knowledge for every one who has worked for many years. I taold him you should improve your basic common sense and further studies. if not you will be fired in your next job. He seem to close his ears and adhere to change his environment due to 'the he-think no good ' environemnt. So I help him creat his C.V. , creat a e-ail address, download the application form, taking the C.V. and form to him and may be help him to fill in the form ..........

Could I still help him? For my opinion, even he find a job and he will be fired as soon as possible.
