God has His plans for saving the Israelites in the Book of Judges; on the other hand, God does not plan anything for saving the Israel in the Book of Judith, when the King of Nineveh Nebuchadnezzar has a battle against the Israel because of the Israel’s wrong political decisions. God do not do anything even the Israelites “draped the altar with sackcloth and cried out in unison, praying fervently to the God of Israel not to allow their infants to be carried off and their wives to be taken as booty, and the towns they had inherited to be destroyed, and the sanctuary to be profaned and desecrated to the malicious joys of the Gentiles” (4:12). The Israelites keep praying until their enemies possess the water of Israelites. The rulers of Israel say, “Let us hold out for five days more; by that time the Lord our God will turn his mercy to us again” (7:30). God does not tell the Israelites what to do nor give them a hint.

God had His plans for saving the Israelites in the Book of Judges. However,God did not do anything to save the Israel in the Book of Judith, when the King of Nineveh Nebuchadnezzar had a battle which was against (against 不是動詞, 所以 which 之後必須要加 verb to be; 或者正如你原文寫的 a battle against 也可以) the Israelites because of their wrong political decisions.God did not do anything, even the Israelites “draped the altar with sackcloth and cried out in unison, praying fervently to the God of Israel does not to allowed their infants to be carried off and their wives to be taken as booty, and the towns they had inherited to be destroyed, and the sanctuary to be profaned and desecrated to the malicious joys of the Gentiles” (4:12). The Israelites kept praying until their enemies possessed the water (or grabbed the water source) of Israelites. The rulers of Israel said, “Let us hold out for five days more; by that time the Lord our God will turn his mercy to us again” (7:30). God did not tell the Israelites what to do nor give them a hint.

the first two lines are good but the problems comes from the third line, a better version will go like this:

God has his plans for saving the Israelites in the Book of Judges; However, God didn't do anything for saving the Israel in the Book of Judith, when the King of Nineveh Nebuchadnezzar had a battle which against the Israel because of the Israel’s wrong political decisions, God didn't do anything even the Israelites “draped the altar with sackcloth and cried out in unison, praying fervently to the God of Israel does not to allowed their infants to be carried off and their wives to be taken as booty, and the towns they had inherited to be destroyed, and the sanctuary to be profaned and desecrated to the malicious joys of the Gentiles” (4:12). The Israelites kept praying until their enemies possess the water of Israelites. The rulers of Israel say, “Let us hold out for five days more; by that time the Lord our God will turn his mercy to us again” (7:30). God does not tell the Israelites what to do nor give them a hint.
